Strength in numbers.

Measure Well supports Place Based Partnerships and related cradle-to-career national networks, intermediaries, and backbones to use exemplary data practices and cutting-edge technology to boost educational and economic success in communities across the United States.

Watering Data

Community leaders are working hard to improve lives.

90% of nonprofits collect data. Only 5% use it for decision making.

Across the country, Place Based Partnerships are helping young people succeed in school, supporting families, expanding economic opportunity, improving health outcomes, and tackling other community priorities. They work with school districts, colleges and trade schools, neighborhood groups, and local, regional, and state government to improve lives.

Measuring what’s working is difficult: data is scattered, and the effort to unify and learn from it is challenging. Even when the information exists, it can be difficult to turn it into insight or action.

We help communities connect the dots and learn from one another.

Measure Well are creators at heart, bringing together practical tools, peer learning, and technology to support Place Based Partnership teams. Less time wrestling with data; more time seeing what interventions, programs, and investments are working, and learning how to tell those stories.

We partner with teams to:

  • Ask better questions
  • Understand and strengthen their data practices
  • Learn from peers tackling similar challenges
  • Use technology and AI in practical ways
  • Turn data into meaningful stories
  • Build confidence in what’s being measured and why it matters
  • Expand their capacity to make data-driven decisions

Better information leads to better decisions.

When cradle-to-career leaders can clearly see what's working, they’re able to focus resources where they matter most: on the well-being of those they serve. That's the future we're designing together.
